WTC Construction Updates, February 2012

4 World Trade Center
Concrete core wall is currently on the 55th Floor. Steel erection is complete up the 62nd Floor. Curtain wall
installation has reached the 43rd floor.
3 World Trade Center
1,400 cubic yards of concrete was poured in the first week of
February. Ground floor slab is nearly complete. Form work and rebar at the
eastern portion of the core walls are on the 5th floor.
2 World Trade Center
Core and perimeter steel are up to street level. The steel
framing of the east side Transit Hall entrance is currently
underway. Rebar is being installed for the core walls at the
B1-ground level and the B1M slab level.
1 World Trade Center
Steel is now on the 90th floor, which is 1,050 feet
above grade. Curtain wall is up to the 70th Floor and the application of
fireproofing is complete up to the 74th floor.
9/11 Memorial and Museum
The structural steel contractor is substantially complete in
the Pavilion and the installation of duct and piping throughout the Pavilion is
ongoing. Installation of elevators in the Memorial Pavilion is scheduled
to start shortly.
