Silverstein Properties is one of New York's most respected real estate developers and a driving force in the revitalization of downtown Manhattan. Rebuilding the World Trade Center (WTC) into a world-class business center is a major step toward that goal.

Silverstein opened the rebuilt 7 WTC in May 2006, and since then 7 WTC has been leased to a distinguished roster of tenants. The building is currently 90% leased. It stands as a gateway to the new WTC site and a new standard in design, safety, and sustainability. World Trade Center Towers 2, 3, and 4 will expand on 7 WTC's achievements, each building providing flexible and efficient floor space.

Silverstein has commissioned an extraordinary group of architectural talent to design these towers: Norman Foster, Richard Rogers, and Fumihiko Maki. The completed towers will reshape the Downtown skyline and provide over 8 million rentable square feet of Class A office space located in the midst of the memorial park and museum, the WTC transportation hub, a retail complex, and a performing arts center. Construction is active on all three towers; countless New Yorkers and international visitors are watching the new heart of Lower Manhattan take shape.
