World Trade Center Design Task Force: 10th floor

Since the opening of 7 WTC, architects, engineers and government planners have been working together in an unprecedented collaborative spirit to design Towers 2, 3, and 4 of the new WTC. Up to 120 architects, engineers, design, and construction consultants are carrying out the design process, producing the architectural and engineering documentation for the three towers.
